EGGSCALIBER

The Estes Eggscaliber lets you experiment with how to send a precious payload into space and bring it safely back to earth. With a cushioned payload compartment shaped just for an egg, the Eggscaliber allows you to run dozens of tests on cargo and traveler safety. Eggscaliber can be the basis for a great STEM or Science Fair Project.

As an added bonus, the Eggscaliber features the Standard (18 mm) to Large (24 mm) Engine Adapter (002317). This means that you can use any Standard (18 mm) engine to power short test launches, then remove the spacer and you can really test the limits of your design by using Estes Large (24 mm) D or E engines to launch your egg to 1,700 feet. Recovery is by means of two colorful parachutes; a 12" parachute for the rocket body and an 18" parachute for the payload compartment.
